Hearings

On June 22, 2010, the Committee held a closed hearing on the Administration's proposed Intelligence Authorization Act for FY 2011. Following the hearing, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, at the request of the Committee, provided to the Committee an unclassified version of the testimony of one of the witnesses at the hearing, Robert S. Litt, the ODNI General Counsel. Links to that unclassified testimony and the Administration's proposed bill and sectional analysis for the bill are set forth below. In all other respects, the June 22 hearing remains closed.
